As a group, our public finance professionals have over 70 years' experience in the municipal securities business. Working from offices in West Conshohocken and Scranton, PA, they have broad knowledge of local, county and state requirements in the Mid-Atlantic region, and extensive expertise serving all types of municipal clients and purposes. Team members include: Edward R. Murray, Managing Director, has been active in the municipal bond business since 1991, assisting clients and handling each aspect of the transaction from planning the sale to bond closing. He has specialized in structuring all types of tax-exempt financings, including special revenue bonds, bond pool loans and capital appreciation bonds. Ed currently serves on the board of school directors for the Unionville Chadds-Ford School District, where he is chairman of the finance committee. He has recently assisted the school districts of Marple Newtown, Garnet Valley and Chester Upland, as well as the townships of Ridley, Southwest Delco Sewer Authority and the Delaware County Housing Authority.
Mike has recently assisted the school districts of Radnor, Tredyffrin-Easttown and Palmerton Area as well as the townships of Upper Merion, Tredyffrin, Westtown, Willistown, Easttown, East Vincent, Skippack, East Marlborough and East Whiteland with General Obligation bond issues. He has also served Upper Makefield and Concord townships with open space preservation issues. |
